Returns within 14 days
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and undamaged goods within 14 days of delivery.

How to return goods?

Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport.
Send the package to our address (we will provide you with the details by email).

Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part.

Exchanging goods
Would you like to exchange a product for another one? Contact us and we will agree on the best solution.

Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods and checked their condition, we will refund the money to your bank account within 7 working days.
