1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations in the sale of goods through the online store of s.r.o. The terms and conditions apply to purchase contracts between the seller (s.r.o.) and a natural or legal person (buyer) through the online store. Different provisions apply to contractual relationships with entrepreneurs.
2. User account
The buyer may create a user account on the website. When registering, it is necessary to provide true information. s.r.o. reserves the right to cancel the account if the buyer violates their obligations or the account has not been used for more than 2 years. Access to the account is protected by a password, which must be kept secure. The seller is not responsible for misuse of the account by third parties.
3. Conclusion of the purchase contract
All presentation of goods on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract. Orders are binding after confirmation by the seller via email. The seller reserves the right to request additional confirmation of the order depending on its value or quantity of goods.
4. Price of goods and payment terms
The purchase price is stated for each item, including VAT. The buyer can pay the price by bank transfer, online credit card, or cash on delivery. The seller may request payment in advance. Together with the purchase price, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with packaging and delivery.
5. Withdrawal from the purchase contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods without giving any reason. Withdrawal must be notified to the seller in writing or by email. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The costs of return shall be borne by the buyer. The seller shall refund the money in the same manner as it was received.
6. Delivery of goods and acceptance
The goods are delivered by a transport service to the address specified in the order. The buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt of the shipment. In the event of repeated delivery for reasons on the part of the buyer, the buyer shall bear the additional costs.
7. Rights arising from defective performance (complaints)
Complaints about defective goods must be made in writing or by email, stating the reason and description of the defect. The buyer may file a complaint with the seller within 24 months of receipt of the goods. For entrepreneurs and legal entities, a warranty of 12 months from the date of receipt of the goods is provided. The rights and obligations of the parties are governed by the relevant legal regulations.
8. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The buyer agrees to its processing for the purposes of contract performance and marketing.
9. Other rights and obligations
s.r.o. has the right to change the terms and conditions. Complaints and out-of-court disputes are handled in accordance with applicable laws.
